Shoulder and threaded fasteners
Define the head, drive, working shoulder and thread engagement separately. Titanium is one material option; the grade, condition and finished requirements belong in the RFQ.
For distributors and importers
PremFixer manufactures custom fasteners and precision turned components for fastener distributors, importers and industrial hardware suppliers. Send an authorised customer drawing or RFQ package for a defined manufacturing quotation, from development quantities and small batches to repeat production. Part references, finishes, inspection requirements and packing arrangements are agreed for each order.

Bring us the drawing your customer needs made. We turn the component requirements into an itemised manufacturing quotation, with technical questions routed through your buying team.
A distributor item code can sit alongside the original drawing number and revision. That relationship carries through the quotation, sample review and order records, so a familiar sales reference does not conceal a changed manufacturing requirement.
Send an authorised drawing, preliminary RFQ list or component description. An end customer's name is not required for the first enquiry. Confidentiality terms, joint engineering discussions and project communication arrangements can be agreed when needed.
We manufacture shoulder fasteners, custom nuts, threaded sleeves, shafts, spacers and agreed mating components. The following product photos show geometry references; the customer's drawing defines the ordered part.

Define the head, drive, working shoulder and thread engagement separately. Titanium is one material option; the grade, condition and finished requirements belong in the RFQ.

A similar head shape does not make two bolts interchangeable. Identify thread runout, under-head contact and the dimensions that control the joint.

Include the bore, outside diameter and contact faces. For a paired component, give both drawings and identify which items you want quoted.
Use one row per requested part and revision. Distinguish development quantities from the batch you intend to order, and keep forecast demand in its own field.
| Distributor reference | Drawing / revision | Material / finish | Quantity fields | Quote unit / evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DIST-001 | DRAW-001 / Rev A | Grade and condition to drawing; specify finish | Sample quantity; first batch; forecast separately | Per piece; agreed dimensional report |
| DIST-002 | DRAW-002 / Rev B | Identify the supplied surface state | Quantity of each mating item | Per piece or explicitly defined pair |
Flag missing requirements as questions in your enquiry. A quotation can identify assumptions and open points; production uses the clarified, approved requirements. Your customer remains responsible for approving the design and its suitability.
The PS-P04 drawing illustrates why the full definition matters: the internal thread, external thread, shoulder and wrench flats describe different interfaces. It remains an original bicycle-component reference, not an industrial customer case.
For your part, send the controlling drawing and any relevant assembly view. We can raise questions about material, feature relationships, processing and inspection through your nominated contact. If a joint engineering review is useful, agree who participates and which documents may be shared.
Use the custom-parts RFQ guide to separate drawing revisions, quantities and supply scope.

Send the current drawing, sample purpose and requested quantity. The quotation distinguishes programming or tooling preparation, material, sample manufacture and agreed checks.
Identify the version your customer will evaluate and the required finish. Separate sample approval from approval of the full production specification.
List quantities by part number, requested deliveries and packing requirements. Machining, treatment, inspection and packaging are identified in the agreed commercial scope.
Quote the approved reference and revision, then flag changes. An unchanged order can follow the established plan; new geometry or requirements need review before release.
No single minimum quantity or price break suits every drawing. Ask for the quantity comparisons you need; forecast demand supports planning and is separate from a committed purchase order.
Request neutral packing, buyer item labels or a project-specific pack format in the RFQ. Agree the contents, quantities and identification before production, especially when similar parts carry different revisions.
Buyer-facing labels remain connected to genuine manufacturing and material records. They do not change the legal manufacturer, origin or scope of a certificate. Inventory programmes or exclusive supply terms require a separate agreement.
Field example only. Final label format follows the accepted order.

Our manufacturing scope includes CNC turning, turn-mill machining, cold heading, thread rolling and tooling. We select the route around the component, material and quantity; every process is not required for every part.
Specified heat treatment, finishing and specialist testing are coordinated with qualified partners. Tell us which inspection documents your customer needs so availability, responsibilities and costs can be established.
The original ISO 9001 certificate for Guangdong Pinshang Hardware Products Co., Ltd. states the scope “Production of hardware screws and nuts.” It supports supplier assessment within that scope.
Review the certification record
Provide your contact details and a brief description to start. Add the documents you have; you can clarify incomplete details with us.
Yes. PremFixer manufactures drawing-defined fasteners and turned components for distributor and importer projects. Your RFQ can cover one component or several part numbers. The quotation identifies the accepted geometry, material, quantities, finishing and documentation scope, rather than treating the enquiry as an order for interchangeable stock items.
Include your internal item references and requested labels or packing format in the RFQ. These can be mapped to the approved manufacturing drawings and agreed for the order. Customer-facing references must remain connected to the correct revision and batch; they do not replace or alter the identity of genuine material or certification records.
You can start with a project reference and information you are authorised to share. The first review needs sufficient geometry and requirements to understand the component, not necessarily the end customer’s name. Any additional information, confidentiality arrangement or joint technical discussion can be agreed through your project contact before it is needed.
Yes. State the quantities needed for development, the first production batch and any expected repeat demand separately. We can distinguish relevant preparation or tooling costs from recurring part and finishing costs. Future quantities help planning but do not automatically create a stockholding commitment, fixed discount or guaranteed delivery programme.
The existing company, manufacturing and ISO records can support an initial supplier review. Tell us which project-specific documents or assessments are required so their availability and scope can be confirmed. A certificate supports supplier assessment within its stated scope; approval of your particular parts remains tied to the agreed requirements and your qualification process.
