Who We Are
Guangdong Pinshang Hardware Products Co., Ltd. - operating under the brand PremFixer was founded in 2020 in Shaoguan, Guangdong, with a single conviction: bicycle fasteners deserve the same engineering rigor as any other safety-critical component on a bicycle.
From day one, we rejected the commodity mindset. We do not produce construction bolts, automotive fasteners, or general hardware. Our entire R&D, production, and quality system is calibrated exclusively for bicycle and lightweight motorcycle applications. Every material grade, coating specification, tolerance band, and inspection protocol is defined by what a bicycle frame requires - not by what is cheapest to produce.
Today, with 5,000 m² of production and warehousing space, 50+ technical staff, and a fully integrated in-house production chain covering cold heading, CNC machining, thread rolling, heat treatment, and surface finishing, we deliver complete fastener solutions to 2,000+ brands in over 30 countries.
Located in Shaoguan, Guangdong - within the Pearl River Delta manufacturing ecosystem and just 2 hours from Shenzhen and Guangzhou export ports - we combine supply chain density and logistics efficiency with the cost advantage of an inland production base.

Capacity Expansion & Smart Infrastructure
Built 5,000 m² intelligent warehouse. Deployed automated optical sorting (AOS) for 100% inline inspection of safety-critical fasteners. Expanded product line from stainless steel frame bolts to titanium alloy lightweight fasteners and CNC aluminum components. Annual production capacity surpassed 1,000 tons.
Surface Treatment In-House & OEM Branding
Commissioned Dacromet coating production line - bringing corrosion protection in-house and eliminating the quality variability of outsourced plating. Launched OEM private labeling service: custom packaging, branded polybags, bespoke box design with barcode labeling. Full batch traceability from raw material heat number to finished product lot.
Carbon Fiber Line & Global Expansion
Launched dedicated carbon fiber fastener product line - anti-crush screws, bonded threaded inserts, galvanic corrosion prevention solutions. Established partnerships with carbon frame factories in Taiwan and Europe. Export footprint expanded to 30+ countries with dedicated distributors in key bicycle manufacturing regions.

A 15-instrument quality laboratory supports material verification, dimensional inspection, torque testing, and salt spray corrosion testing. Our smart warehouse system manages inventory for 2,000+ active part numbers with full batch traceability.
