Find Your Resources by Role

Different roles need different information — start with the path that matches your job

Engineers & R&D

Material data, torque calculations, thread tolerance analysis — the engineering data behind every assembly.

Fastener selection is an engineering decision, not a catalog pick. Access property class comparison tables, coating friction coefficients (K-factors), ISO-standard torque matrices, and material-specific installation procedures. We speak your language: tensile strength in MPa, thread fit in 6g/6H, CPK ≥ 1.33.

Procurement & Supply Chain

MOQ, lead times, certifications, payment terms — everything you need to qualify and onboard a new supplier.

We understand that your decision matrix includes price, quality, delivery reliability, and documentation. Standard items ship in 2–5 days with no MOQ. Custom parts come with full batch traceability, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, and RoHS/REACH declarations — the documentation a professional buyer expects. Framework agreements with locked pricing are available for consistent annual volumes.

Quality Control & Compliance

Inspection criteria, certification documentation, batch traceability, and defect management processes.

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformity with dimensional and mechanical test results. Our defect rate target is ≤ 100 PPM with 100% automated optical sorting for safety-critical fasteners. When issues arise, our 8D problem-solving process delivers root cause analysis within 5–7 working days. ISO 9001:2015 certified by Bureau Veritas — annual surveillance audits ensure continuous compliance.

Production & Line Managers

Assembly SOPs, workstation setup, tooling recommendations, and efficiency improvements for the production line.

Turn our 8-station production line work instructions into your assembly SOP. From frame preparation (thread chasing + BB facing) to final QC (audit torque + torque stripe), every station has a defined tool, thread preparation, torque value, tightening pattern, and QC checkpoint. For factories producing 50+ units/day, DC electric torque tools with programmable sequences and traceable data logging are the current industry standard — we’ll help you specify the right equipment.

Top Questions from Customers

Frequently asked by engineers, buyers, and production managers

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I place a trial order?

Standard catalog items have no MOQ — you can order as few as you need for prototyping. Custom parts start at 5,000–10,000 pcs for cold-headed, 500 pcs for CNC. Trial orders (100–500 pcs) encouraged.

What certifications do you hold? Can you provide material certificates?

ISO 9001:2015 certified by Bureau Veritas. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformity. EN 10204 Type 3.1 material certificates with full heat-number traceability available on request. RoHS & REACH Declarations of Conformity included for all EU shipments.

What coating should I use for high-strength (10.9/12.9) bolts?

Dacromet or Geomet (zinc-aluminum flake) — never zinc electroplating. Zinc plating introduces hydrogen embrittlement risk in fasteners above 320 HV. Non-electrolytic coatings like Dacromet have zero hydrogen risk and provide 480–1,000+ hours of salt spray protection.

What is your standard lead time? Can you handle urgent orders?

Stock items: 2–5 days. Custom parts: 20–30 days after sample approval. Rush orders for stock items ship in 24–48 hours. Custom parts with existing tooling can be expedited to 7–10 working days. Factory line-down emergencies are treated as absolute priority.

Can you supply a complete bolt kit for an entire bicycle model?

Yes — single-supplier assembly kits consolidate your entire fastener BOM. Packaged by workstation, sub-assembly, or as a complete bike kit with checklist. Eliminates 5–10 separate supplier relationships and simplifies receiving inspection.
