Founded in Shaoguan, Guangdong
Guangdong Pinshang Hardware Products Co., Ltd. was officially established. The founding team brought together core engineers with 20+ years of fastener industry expertise. From day one, the decision was made to specialize exclusively in bicycle and lightweight motorcycle fasteners — no general hardware, no diluted focus.
Capacity Expansion & Category Growth
Built a 5,000 m² intelligent warehouse and implemented automated optical sorting (AOS) equipment for 100% inline inspection of safety-critical fasteners. Expanded the product line from stainless steel frame bolts to titanium alloy lightweight fasteners and CNC aluminum components. Annual production capacity surpassed 1,000 tons.
Surface Treatment & Export Breakthrough
Invested in in-house Dacromet and Zn-Ni coating lines — eliminating the hydrogen embrittlement risk that plagues high-strength fasteners with zinc electroplating. Achieved EU RoHS 2.0 and REACH SVHC compliance, clearing the regulatory path for volume exports. First annual framework agreement signed with a European OEM bicycle brand.
OEM Infrastructure & Global Reach
Built a complete OEM service infrastructure: NDA protection → DFM manufacturability review → laser head marking → pre-applied thread locker → workstation-kitted packaging. Began supplying PPAP Level 2 documentation packages for North American and European brand customers. Exhibited at EUROBIKE, establishing direct relationships with overseas brand engineering teams.
Carbon Fiber Specialization
Launched a dedicated carbon fiber bike fastener product line — titanium bolts with anti-galling coating, custom isolating washers for galvanic corrosion prevention, and carbon-safe clamping kits with assembly paste. Established joint development partnerships with several carbon frame factories, co-engineering thread tolerances and washer geometries specific to carbon laminate stack-ups.
Brand Integration & Engineering Center
Unified the Guangdong Pinshang Hardware and PremFixer brand systems. Established the Application Engineering Center, offering FEA bolt joint analysis, 8D failure investigation, assembly line process audits, and DC electric torque tool data traceability solutions — moving beyond fastener supply into full assembly engineering partnership, aligned with Tier 1 supplier expectations.
