PremFixer Fasteners is the English brand of Guangdong Pinshang Hardware Products Co., Ltd. Founded in 2020 in Shaoguan, Guangdong, the company manufactures custom fasteners, precision turned parts and shafts to customer drawings.
Current Manufacturing Focus
Custom bolts, nuts, turned components, shafts, sleeves and spacers are reviewed against the approved drawing. New applications require a review of materials, interfaces, manufacturing and inspection requirements.
Bicycle Hardware Specialization
Bicycle fasteners and frame hardware are a specialist area: pivot bolts and axles, sleeves and spacers, frame inserts, hanger fixing sets and other drawing-defined assembly parts. Interfaces and compatibility are reviewed for the specific bicycle design.
In-House Core Manufacturing
In-house core processes include cold heading, CNC machining, thread rolling, and tool/die manufacturing. The manufacturing route is selected after reviewing the drawing, material, geometry and order quantity.
Coordinated Partner Operations
Specified heat treatment, surface finishing and specialist inspection or testing are coordinated with qualified partners. The process scope, acceptance criteria and required records are agreed for each order.
Quality System & Order Requirements
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate issued by Bureau Veritas covers production of hardware screws and nuts. Product-specific tests and documents remain subject to the approved order scope.
